About Greg Myers

 

My real estate career began in 2005 working with distressed properties and flipping homes.  While I enjoyed the construction and bringing a distressed properties back to life, I found my true passion and calling was working with people and helping them buy and sell real estate.   I enjoy educating folks and walking with them through the home buying and selling process.

 

I have had the honor of helping hundreds of families in the middle TN area.  My greatest blessing is that my Clients become my Friends. 

 

In 2016 I obtained my Broker’s Licenses and have since been a Principal Broker.  In addition, I serve our Real Estate Industry on State and National Committees.  I was honored to the President of the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors in 2019 and selected to our Regional MLS Board, Realtracs, in 2023.  I have been a top producing Agent in my company in the Middle TN area for the past 10 years

 

That is a few accomplishments – here is who I am.  I am a Christian who happens to be a Husband, Father, Grandfather and Realtor.    My Clients are my top Priority and value their friendship.  Around 80% of my business comes from referrals or my past Clients.

1.     With over 20 years of experience, I know how to solve problems or know who to seek for help.  I have a vast network of skilled folks to provide expert advice and services.

2.     I know the middle TN market as I study it daily and am frequently asked by fellow Realtors to interpret the market conditions and trends.

3.     I value education. Realtors are required by law to have 16 hours of Continuous Education every 2 years – in any given cycle I will have 60 + hours.  I am constantly learning new techniques, technology and skills

4.     My network includes top notch Lenders, Home Inspectors, Title Companies, Repair Folks and other Resources.  Over 20 years, I have had the opportunity to select the best of the best.

5.      You will have an Advocate and Friend working for you who will communicate and share what is in your best interest.
